Great service overall! Zen (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was wonderful—warm, personable, and very helpful. However, the other employees came across a bit robotic, as if they weren’t able to engage on a more personal level with customers. 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I’ll go back because of her!

I’ve been coming here since 2015 for monthly manicures, and this is the most time and cost-effective, high-quality nail care I’ve found. It’s a beautiful salon space, well maintained, and clean. The right technician can remove your old (dip/acrylic/gel), and give you a beautiful new set within one hour. Customer service is so-so. They’re not the friendliest bunch, and every now and then you’ll get a new technician that’s a little too rough. But I continue to come back because the dip manicures easily last me 1 month (sometimes longer!) so I get the best bang for my buck here. Reservations are not required, but it’s a popular salon, so if you want to avoid waiting, you can make a same-day appt. 😃
